ACADEMICS

Momentos World is dedicated to fostering strong collaborations with universities, academies, and educational institutions across Europe and Brazil.

It creates an international learning and research environment where artistic practice, academic reflection, and cultural exchange are deeply intertwined.

In this context, students and emerging artists are invited to participate in artistic projects, both in person and remotely, gaining practical experience in contemporary performance, interdisciplinary creation, and intercultural collaboration.

Momentos World functions as a living educational platform, where artistic processes are transformed into spaces for learning, experimentation, and professional development.

Since its inception, Momentos World has operated as an "Artistic Cloud Centre"—a pioneering and decentralized cultural structure that enables open, flexible, and cross-border collaboration. This format offers students access points to artistic practice while enriching their experiences through a diversity of geographical, linguistic, cultural, and thematic perspectives.

In parallel, Momentos World supports academic research in the areas of arts, cultural studies, education, and intercultural dialogue.

Students and researchers are invited not only to study Momentos World's projects, but also to bring their own research questions, artistic concepts, and investigative approaches. In this sense, Momentos World acts both as a platform for collaborative production and as a field of research, where its methodologies, structures, and artistic processes can themselves become the object of academic investigation.

Our projects offer a rich foundation for academic work at the undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels, providing access to real artistic processes, models of international cooperation, and contemporary cultural production.

In this way, Momentos World contributes to the development of new knowledge at the intersection of art, education, and cultural practice — where research and creation merge in an ongoing dialogue.

Momentos World's interdisciplinary foundation is deeply rooted in its artistic leadership.

The conceptual and methodological framework is led by choreographer, cultural researcher, and educator Vinicius, who studied European Ethnology and Sociology at the University of Münster, holds a professional qualification in Dance Pedagogy (three-year professional training in Germany), and obtained a Master of Arts degree (Choreography) from Middlesex University in London.

This combination of academic research, professional artistic training, and choreographic practice forms the methodological basis of Momentos World. This enables a practice-oriented approach to cultural cooperation, in which artistic creation, education, and research are understood as interconnected fields within transnational cultural processes.

In this context, Vinicius's work lies at the intersection of choreography, ethnographic research, and intercultural education, contributing to the development of artistic methodologies focused on international collaboration and cultural exchange.

Their practice establishes Momentos World as a transnational Art Cloud Center, where artistic processes are not only produced but also the subject of reflection, sharing, and development as part of broader cultural and educational ecosystems.

Legacy and Artistic Impact

Momentos World projects are not conceived as one-off events, but rather as evolving cultural processes that continue to generate artistic, educational, and social impact over time.

In partnership, we develop meaningful artistic experiences and lasting cultural legacies that continue to inspire future generations and contribute to a more connected, creative, and culturally sustainable world.
